Photos in words

I saw a photo made from words in Google search few days back and I wanted to make similar kind of pic for my photo also.
Though there is one site youareyourwords.com that do the similar kind of thing but somehow I was not getting my photo converted :(
Most of the tutorials for the same on net is in Photoshop which I don't own (its costly) till I found a similar tutorial for GIMP.
I followed the tutorial almost (didn't make the background black and added extra swirls) and I am happy :)

Ganpati

This Ganpati I made from 9 different grains. According to Hindu tradition you should pray to Lord Ganesh/Ganpati before start of new venture. I am not that religious but I like Ganpati so thought of him as a first post.

Materials used:

1. Heavy paper for base
2. 9 different grains (wheat, rice, sesame, black gram (urad), green gram (moong), red gram( arhar), chickpea, white peas and one more seed I dont remember the name)
3. Fevicol

I drew the Ganpati on paper and filled the sapces with the grains.
